A Dubai-based Spanish Dj and producer, always opting for authentic musical styles with a focus on quality of sound and neat production.
He began his career as a DJ in his mother Town (Gijon) in the north of Spain, and was one of the pioneers of the local scene there around 1995.
Inspired by his massive vinyl collection, he has been passionate about music and mixing since the age of 16, feeding of the huge vinyl collection and the 1200 Technics that his father had at that time.
He was a resident DJ and played in some of the most popular clubs in Spain, such as La Real, Loft.co, Fabric, Bora-Bora Ibiza, Clubbing TV ibiza, Pure Ibiza radio, etc. In addition to playing in various festivals such Aquasella Festival in Asturias, and few others in Spain. Currently playing in the series of Pure Ibiza Radio UAE, as well he is playing in the best clubs and festivals in Dubai such B018, Cavo , Dubai Icon by Blu, Butterfly Carnival Festival, Deeperfect Festival, DXB Boat Party by Techno and Chill, Moe's on the 5ft, AMOR by salvaje, SOHO garden, Surf Club Dubai and he is a resident DJ in Pure Ibiza festivals UAE.
Shared decks with notable DJ's such Hannes Bieger, Kevin Sanderson, Mano le tough, Anja Schneider, Matthias Tanzmann, Oscar Mulero, Mochakk, etc. and also playing B2B with Dj's like Stacey Pullen.
In 2016 he began his journey as a producer, releasing 35 tracks to date mainly on 2 major labels "Distrokid" and his own label "AnotherKindOfMusic", which are available on Beatport, Spotify, SoundCloud and many other platforms.
SUG was one of Pure Radio 97.4- UAE resident DJs for almost 2 years, with a weekly show every Wednesday as part of the Day Break Show with Xavi Emparan, and currently a resident DJ for Pure Radio 94.7 UAE with his weekly show “Night Selections by SUG” every Friday from 9-10pm.
